Tourists shall ensure that physical and health conditions of themselves and accompanying minor(s) are suitable for the cruise itinerary. Tourists undertake and confirm that neither themselves nor the accompanying minor(s) are persons unsuitable for participating in the cruise itinerary due to illness, and have truthfully informed us that neither the tourists nor the accompanying minor(s) have any health or other conditions that may affect their personal safety during the cruise itinerary. Tourists further undertake to supervise the accompanying minor(s) to comply with all safety warning regulations and other relevant regulations during the itinerary, and ensure that the accompanying minor(s) do(es) not affect or disturb the normal experience of other passengers.
